Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At AstorPe, we strive to provide a seamless user experience. However, to maintain transparency, we have outlined our policies regarding delivery, cancellation, and refunds. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Refund Policy

No Refund After Processing Stage:

Refunds will not be processed once an order has reached the “Processing” stage (i.e., assigned to an astrologer). Any risk or liability for placing an order in haste lies solely with the user.

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

Orders can be cancelled only before execution. Users must contact the customer care team within 1 hour of making the payment. Refunds for such cancellations are at the sole discretion of AstorPe.

Incorrect Information:

Refunds will not be issued if incorrect data or information is provided by the user. However, changes to incorrect details can be requested within 1 hour of service execution, subject to approval by AstorPe.

Technical Glitches:

Refunds will not be issued for delays or technical glitches during processing, including generating reports. While AstorPe endeavors to meet the displayed timelines, these are approximate and subject to unforeseen delays.

Multiple Payments for Same Order:

If multiple payments are made for the same order due to technical issues, a full refund for the extra payments will be provided, without deductions for transaction fees. Users are advised to confirm whether their bank account has been debited before initiating a second payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

• AstorPe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, scenarios such as service unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccurate information. If an order is cancelled by AstorPe after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Product and Service-Specific Policies

Astrological Consultations (Call Feature):

Refunds will not be processed for missed calls due to the user providing an incorrect contact number, being in a low network area, or failing to answer the call. Users are advised to ensure they are reachable during the scheduled call time.

Damaged Products:

No refunds will be issued for returned products damaged after delivery. Users are fully responsible for handling the product after delivery.

Product Display and Discretion:

Product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only. While AstorPe ensures the product is delivered in its intended condition, no refunds will be issued for variations in appearance. Users are advised to exercise discretion when placing orders.

4. Subscription Services

• In case of delays in activating subscription services, refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered.

5. Refund Deductions

• If a refund is approved, deductions may include:

• Transaction fees levied by the bank or payment gateway.

• To-and-fro shipping costs or courier charges for physical products.

• Customs duties (if applicable).

6. Disclaimer

Purpose of Services and Products:

AstorPe’s services and products, including astrological reports and gemstones, are not intended to replace professional medical, emotional, or philosophical advice. Users place orders at their sole discretion, and no refunds will be processed on the basis of dissatisfaction with the astrological effects.

Liability:

AstorPe is not responsible for the reliability or outcomes of astrological predictions or remedies. Users are encouraged to exercise caution when placing orders.
